Contributors are people who worked on a title.

Examples include directors, actors, producers, and extras.

Contributor records

Origin Studio supports creating and managing Contributor records.

When you create a Contributor, Origin Studio can suggest matches from Origin Nexus.

Importing known Contributors is part of the enrichment-first workflow.

Credits

A Credit links a Contributor to a Record.

Credits can capture:

• The contributor role (director, actor, producer).

• Role-specific details (for example: character name for actors).

In the UI, Credits are often labelled Contributors for simplicity.
