# External Monitoring Options

## Application Audit Trail <a href="#audit-externalmonitoringoptions-applicationaudittrail" id="audit-externalmonitoringoptions-applicationaudittrail"></a>

The Fabric “Audits” feature is surfaced in the Advanced Reporting Tool. Users are able to see changes by Record, Old vs. New value, Date/Time of the change, the type of change, and which user account was used to perform the change including any changes in any of the custom fields (e.g. titles, synopses, metadata custom fields).
