# Actions (Enrichment)

The Action buttons reveals a modal that typically contains the third party ID and enrichment services a client has subscribed to (Eg; “IMDb”, “Gracenote”, etc.). Through this modal users can configure and trigger catalogue actions relating to the root record. The Actions modal can also be configured to present controls for other process types, Eg; “Create Asset Placeholders”, etc.

<summary>2. Enrichment Options</summary>

Actions is where you can enrich from  different data points. Users can only enrich if the relevant ID is linked in the IDs Tab.&#x20;

Users can toggle which attributes they would like to enrich. An orange toggle indicates that the record attribute already has a value.&#x20;

{% hint style="info" %}
You can enrich a record if the relevant ID is present in the IDs tab. Go to our documentation on the [IDs Tab](/fabric-knowledge-base/learn-the-application/discovery-record-tabs/ids.md) to find out more.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
You can also enrich a record without the relevant ID, although we can't guarantee the match will be correct in that case! However, as long as the **Title** and the **Release Year** are populated and correct, the enrichment action should work smoothly.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="success" %}
IDs are configurable in [Record Builder](/fabric-knowledge-base/learn-the-application/destinations/preferences/record-builder.md).
