# Adding Images

Learn how to add Images to the Images tab:

<summary>1. Add an image - Title and Image Type</summary>

Select add new image and input the mandatory fields of Image Title and Image Type. Upload your image at the bottom of the pop up.&#x20;

Fill in the Language, Aspect Ratio, Countries and Contributors. Add any Tags, SEO Tags and Comments for further context. If a value does not exist, select create new to add it to the Data Set.&#x20;

Toggle "Record Poster" to use this image as the poster in the Record Header.&#x20;

Please note: there is only one Record Poster, so this will remove and replace the existing Record Poster.&#x20;

<summary>4. Viewing and Managing Images</summary>

View in Grid or List view.&#x20;

In Grid view, hover over an image to edit, download or delete it.&#x20;

In list view, find these actions on the right hand side. The furthest icon on the right will allow users to view the image.&#x20;
