# Adding Records to Franchises and Collections

This new Task Manager feature allows users to select a number of records from an existing ticket and add them to a Collection. This can be either a new Collection (which will be created in the Catalog upon the Ticket being approved) or an existing Collection (an existing record in the Catalog which will be updated to include the additional records in the Ticket, once it gets approved).

After choosing your collection type, input the Title of your new collection.

If necessary, select records, then use the dropdown to remove those records from their collection.&#x20;
