# Task Manager Navigation

## 🧭 Where is it?

Task Manager lives in its own destination within Fabric and it can be found in the Navigation Bar on the left-hand side of the screen.

## 🗂️ Task Manager Tabs

1. **Tickets** (all Tickets created by all Task Manager users)
2. **My Tickets** (Tickets created by you or assigned to you)
3. **Archive** (All Tickets that have been Approved)

## 🔍 Ticket Filtering

There are a few different ways users are able to filter tickets:

1. Filter by search
2. Filter by [Ticket Type](/fabric-knowledge-base/learn-the-application/destinations/task-manager/core-functionality/ticket-types.md)
3. Filter by Created By
4. Filter by Assignee
5. Filter by Status
6. Filter by Priority
7. Filter by Ticket ID using the advanced column filter

## 🎟️ Accessing Tickets

Tickets can be accessed by clicking on a row inside the Tickets Table (in any of the tabs you have access to):

## ✏️ Ticket Bulk Actions

Want to change multiple Tickets' high level details? Ticket Bulk Actions has you covered. You just select the tickets you want to change, and head over to the Actions icon that appears. Here you are able to bulk:

1. Change the Assignee
2. Change the Status
3. Change the Priority
4. Delete the Tickets
