# Task Manager Permissions

Task Manager leverages our existing User Role Management feature to effectively define the roles and permissions required by different users within the system. This integration allows you to establish granular control over user access and actions within Task Manager. With the first release of Task Manager, we have implemented a set of basic permissions that align with the specific functionalities and workflows associated with the platform.

These permissions encompass various aspects, including the ability to create, update, delete, and view different ticket types, and what tabs users can see within Task Manager. Users with appropriate permissions can update the statuses of tickets, ensuring accurate tracking and progress monitoring.
