# Create and Manage Titles in Record Builder

Learn how to create new Title fields in Record Builder, and move, edit and enable or disable existing titles:

<summary>Create a new Title</summary>

Click the edit button in the top right-hand corner of Record Builder to manage and edit your titles.

Select "New Title" and complete the mandatory fields of Title Name and the Record Categories it will be used for.&#x20;

Choose whether you want your title to :

* Display in the header
* Be an Presentation Title
* Show a proposed/approved status
* Be an Original Title
* Have the google translate function
* Be a Release Title

Choose to set a character Limit for your title, and  whether you want to enforce that charater limit (e.g cut off text over the limit).

Choose whether there should be a comment box for your field, and set a default comment.&#x20;

<summary>Re-arrange, Edit and Enable/Disable Fields</summary>

Drag and drop the tiles to alter the position they will be displayed in on a record.&#x20;

Click on the drop-down at the right-hand side of a tile and select edit to reveal the edit pop-up.

Click on the drop-down at the right-hand side of a tile to disable it. The tile will then move to the disabled tiles section. To enable a tile, select enable. Disabled tiles cannot be edited.&#x20;
