# Regional

With [Record Builder](/fabric-knowledge-base/learn-the-application/destinations/preferences/record-builder.md), users can instantly create bespoke fields with their chosen configuration and validations. In the Regional tab, users can use record builder to create new title fields and description tiles.

Users can manage and customize Regional Titles in Record Builder. Create custom fields and customize characteristics such as field name, character length and position.
