# Linking Records on Creation

Users can use the Bulk Ingest function to upload, create and link records in one sheet. This can be done in two ways:

### :writing\_hand:    Create new Show, Season, Episode in one spreadsheet

This method uses the `Parent Show Title`, and `Parent Season Number`  to create and link the Show, Season and Episode hierarchy in one upload.

### :sparkles:   New: Linking Records on Creation with the Linkages ID columns

This method uses the `Linkages Reference ID` and `Linkages ID Value` to upload a single spreadsheet containing new Collections, Shows, Seasons, Episodes, Specials, and Versions and have them created and linked in the catalog - with one single import.

This enhances the bulk ingest function to allow other linkages outside the Show, Season and Episode hierarchy in one upload.
