# Preferences

## Introduction to Preferences

Preferences is an area of the Fabric application that contains advanced settings that can be leveraged to further refine the bespoke configuration of the product to the Client's specific needs. It provides users with the ability to customise the application to suit their unique requirements, making it easier to use and more efficient. This section contains various features related to [users](/fabric-knowledge-base/learn-the-application/destinations/preferences/users.md), [data sets](/fabric-knowledge-base/learn-the-application/destinations/preferences/data-sets.md), [data ingest](/fabric-knowledge-base/learn-the-application/destinations/preferences/bulk-data-ingest-nuvo.md), [record building](/fabric-knowledge-base/learn-the-application/destinations/preferences/record-builder.md), and [bulk image upload](/fabric-knowledge-base/learn-the-application/destinations/preferences/image-uploader.md), among others. These features allow users to fine-tune the application to meet their specific needs, making it a valuable tool for businesses of all sizes.
