# Exports

## Introduction to Exports

Exports is a destination within the Fabric application that allows users to create groups of records and then export the data into a CSV file. These preconfigured exports will exist in the catalog and are available to other users as well. Users might want to leverage exports from the Fabric product to quickly and easily generate reports and analyse data. By creating preconfigured exports, users can save time and ensure that data is being exported in a consistent format, making it easier to analyse and share with others. This feature is particularly useful for users who need to generate regular reports or perform data analysis on large amounts of data.
